Workers Compensation
Lawyer for 40+ Years
If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you may be entitled (1) to no fault insurance benefits, and (2) to sue the other driver if his/her negligence caused your injuries.
I’ve handled these claims for car haulers, freight haulers and other truckdrivers and their family members since 1978. I was the first attorney to inform Teamsters that they could get no fault benefits for an on-the-job injury, in addition to workers compensation.
I can help you choose a doctor, from a list of doctors who are both competent and friendly to injured people. You’ll need such a doctor to fight the insurance company doctor, who will belittle your injury, or even deny that you have an accident-related injury. I can also help you with your no fault auto insurance claim (for PIP – personal injury protection benefits).
I’ve been litigating auto accident and no-fault claims for nearly 40 years, all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court. In 2017 I won a no-fault case for a truckdriver who injured his spine lifting his belongings out of the back seat of his pickup. The insurance company denied the claim for no-fault benefits, the trial court threw out the case, the Court of Appeals threw out the case, but I won the case in the Supreme Court.
